All sales are final with the exception of items damaged during the shipping process.
Most items returned within 30 days will receive a refund or replacement product when available.
Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or packing slip.
Items that are damaged due to misuse and/or mishandling or do not have a packing slip are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Bundle components may not all have the same return policy. Please check your packing slip for details.
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the account that you used to purchase the item. For more information about refunds to your third-party credit cards, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the online return center receives the item.
You cannot return clearance items as they are sold as is.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any fees associated with the return of products purchases online. Items can be mailed to the address below and/or provided on the packing slip and/or receipt included with your items.
